Delivery Policy:

We ship to all over Pakistan. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Always shipping for orders above Rs. 4200/- During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal. 

Exchange Policy:

Eligibility: We accept exchanges on items that are defective or damaged upon receipt within 3 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.

Proof of Damage: To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage within the 3-day exchange period. This helps us assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchange Process: Once we approve your exchange request, you can send the defective or damaged item back to us within the 3-day period. We will inspect the item upon receipt and send you a replacement if the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges for returning the item to us for exchange will be paid by the customer. However, we will cover the delivery charges for sending the replacement item back to you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
